Really looking for
| JDI Monoblocks were made in the late 80's and used by Jimmy Hughes These Amplifiers were the nearest thing to a Single Ended Valve Amp via Transistors at the time as the sound was reported to be so transparent you could almost not tell there was an amplifier there at all. With the advantage of not having to worry about replacing valves these amps ran stone cold in use and were capable of producing a walk through sound stage unheard of before. Now very rare and hard to find as it is belived that only 500 pairs were made in batches of 100 inreasing in spec from 1 to 5 versions at the end of manufacture |
