| Painting named "Witch" (I think) by painter (think, pretty famous) named Christopher Richard Wynne Nevinson. |

Maybe it was painted by, John Currie, who made a painting called "The Witch: Dolly Henry". He was a friend and/or comtemporary of Nevinson.

Could not find a painting with such a name by Nevinson, he did mostly war and aviation stuff. Good luck.

Am reading an Agatha Christie novel "Murder is Easy" published 1939 and she refers to a painting by nevinson called "Witch". Now I am very curious and would like to see it too. Can anyone help as all traces of it( if it existed) appear to have disappeared.I not someone is also looking for this painting...Good luck!
