Search Terms tried	I honestly have no idea where to start. The only thing I know about him is that he's some sort of scientist/genius or something, and that he's from some anime/manga. Halp?
Comments	I imagine the only way someone could solve this for me is if they knew who he was, otherwise there's nothing really to go on at all.

This looks so familiar to me...I know seeing it before, but don't know where (sorry for not be able to help you :( ). Anyway, think he is a she, or my memory fails me.
