Title	My Two Cents...
Description	I noticed that occasionally I'll click to post and it'll give me an error message. So I'll click back, resend, still error message. I've done this six times before, before giving up and returning later to find out that all six actually made it in (really badly spamming my topic and making it highly unlikely that anyone would examine it, I mean, 6 responses normally means that SOMETHING has been done about it.) So maybe install a filter that prevents the EXACT same thing to be posted twice. Make it lenient so that quotes will get through, but if it finds another message in the database that is almost exactly like what is being attempted, give a "Too Durn Similar" alert. Also, a category drop down list (I saw this a few posts back) is a good idea - make it so that people can still add to it, but give a few recommended options. Also, maybe subcategories to make it even easier? Like, [Music] as the main category, [Heavy Metal] as the sub? Still allowing people to add their own to the mix, so my [Music] [Foreign] requests could be found... :P You already have cross-category support (the ADD A CATEGORY option... hiphip, hurrah!) so just expand that to CAT:SUB crossing. Erm... allowing people to delete their own posts? I mean, it is wrong to post something and then delete it when people respond (makes the responder look crazy :D) but if I post a request for, say, Animated Gifs of Jerry Springer episodes to use on my Yahoo! Messenger, and then, before anyone posts, realize that I don't actually LIKE Jerry Springer, allow me to delete it? Maybe lock the post into place only when it has been responded to? Same thing for responses - delete them if you decide you DON'T actually want to give me the links to Jerry Springer Animated Gifs. Ah, and I can't find a single place to click "Question Answered" into the YES option. That could save SO much time for philanthropists like (tooting own horn) myself. Instead of searching through hundreds of posts for items with illegible or unnacceptable (or just NO) answers, just sort through the NOT ANSWERED sections. Make it so that only the originator can click the Answered tab. Have moderators come by every now and again and check on abandoned posts. Abandoned posts... that is an idea. Make topics sortable by "Freshness", like, that post I made 5 years ago (strictly hypothetical) should receive less attention than the post I made 5 minutes ago. Or maybe, the post I made 5 years ago that has 2000 replies and still has the NOT ANSWERED get more attention than the post that I made 5 minutes ago that has no reply and NOT ANSWERED. Go with what the people think is more fair, though I think a topic that lively would deserve more attention (400 posts a year and STILL no answer? GET IT OVER WITH, PEOPLE!) Lovin' ya already, Terri P.S: My two cents, huh? I think I just contributed a couple of dollars, instead... :P consider it a donation. (lol)

Gah... one more thing... make it so that the [ENTER] key, when struck, automatically inserts a page break... that (points up) looks sloppier than my cooking! Do HTML tags work? Holy crud, they don't! So maybe update the post a message / reply screen so that a list of normal HTML tags are included , , etc... At least make a way for users to make the long posts less sloppy!
