Title	The ability to bump entries.
Description	Once an entry gets on page 2, it's practically dead. You should allow people to "bump" their topics to the top of the first page. Maybe have it so that like, they can't bump it with in one week prior to it's creation. And once they bump it, they can't bump it for another week. That way, the first page isn't cluttered with bumped entries.
